Everyone loves a neighbourhood bistro. It’s a chance to step away from the traffic and chaos of the buzzing city core, and for many to leave the keys at home and walk over to enjoy a quiet meal.  Bistro Fandango offers this experience to its Pandosy hood, with a mouth-watering French inspired menu, chef and owner Derek Benitz creates his dishes by season and loves to work with local farmers, artisans and foragers. For example, father and son team foragers, Scott and Larry Moran, pop in when they have some new seasonal treats for chef to play with that range from wild greens and berries to mushrooms.
Customer favorites include the classic Steak & Frites and the seasonally inspired soups.  And then there is always the Table d’hôte, your choice of dishes that vary with the season to create a three-course meal at a great price!
Fandango also offers a moveable feast to customers with its’ buzzing custom catering arm. Let Chef Benitz create a delectable menu for your next event or meeting. Or, you can bring your meeting or event to him, and book the quaint 30-seat bistro to have all to yourself. This inviting space is perfect to host an intimate family affair or a relaxing place to invite a board meeting. Maître d’ Christian Smith runs the front of the house and will be there to welcome you and take care of your every need.
