Head chef, Alex Lavroff runs a creative kitchen where his crew of passionate chefs collaborate to carry the fine dining experience to casual food.

“We offer classic dishes in a casual restaurant, but (we ask ourselves) what can we add to make it better and what can we do to put a personal twist on it?”

This creative culinary thinking has created successful signature dishes such as seared tuna with avocado basil cream and citrus gel with miso, the highly popular fresh mussels bowl with grilled lime and white wine broth, as well as the classics such as organic beef burgers and signature frites.

Following the farm-to-table philosophy, 70% of all produce is locally sourced, and during the summer months Chef Alex Lavroff (pictured) is first at the Kelowna Farmers Market, buying the finest produce to inspire a menu full of fresh, clean, bright flavors.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests can drop in for a game of golf, kickback on the patio, appreciate views of the green, and enjoy a fine dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
