Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho

Serves 4
Recommended wine pairing: Hillside Rosé

Ingredients:
- 500g Heirloom Tomatoes
- 300g Cucumber
- 100g Bell Pepper
- 75g Red Onion
- 20g Garlic
- 30g Jalapeno Pepper
- 80ml White Wine Vinegar
- 50ml Lemon Juice
- 300ml Olive Oil
- 60g Honey
- 15g Basil Leaves
- 12g Salt

Method:
Roughly chop all ingredients and combine in a blender. Puree until smooth. Garnish and Enjoy.
