Ingredients:
– 500g Heirloom Tomatoes
– 300g Cucumber
– 100g Bell Pepper
– 75g Red Onion
– 20g Garlic
– 30g Jalapeno Pepper
– 80ml White Wine Vinegar
– 50ml Lemon Juice
– 300ml Olive Oil
– 60g Honey
– 15g Basil Leaves
– 12g Salt

Method:
Roughly chop all ingredients and combine in a blender. Puree until smooth. Garnish and Enjoy.
