With great “gusto”, Terrafina owner April Goldade shared the announcement of new label Terra Unica wines by Hester Creek Estate Winery. “Terrafina is thrilled to be part of this release in which these special wines are only available to be savoured at our restaurant, or in the comfort of your home if you’re a subscribed loyalty member of Hester Creek’s Bench Club.” Each vintage, winemaker Rob Summers will produce one white and one red Terra Unica wine in small amounts (under 100 cases) for loyalty subscription members’ exclusive enjoyment. Says Goldade, “We’re excited to showcase these unique varietals alongside Terrafina’s signature dishes.” Speaking of signature dishes, as the season changes the Summer menu is unveiled. Open seven days a week, Terrafina embraces the opportunity to incorporate fresh ingredients from as many local growers and producers as the bounty springs forth. The Summer menu runs until mid-September, and Terrafina’s famous 2-lb Bistecca Florentine dinner for two ($90) is featured throughout the season.
