Summertime, summertime, sum, sum summertime! There is no better place to be than in wine country under the summer sun. And I shouldn’t just say wine- our province has so much more to offer with breweries popping up everywhere and local distilleries. There are events galore with celebrations of our food and drink communities happening across the province– I dare you not to fall in love with life in amazing British Columbia!
Our wine regions span from the islands across the Okanagan to the north, with each offering a taste of their unique terroir paired with foods and farms from the regions and the fabulous producers of all.
While here, please make sure to visit the local farmers and artisan markets and remember to shop direct.
There is nothing like sitting down after visiting our wine, beer and spirit trails to a meal prepared with locally grown ingredients.
