Celebrate Summer on Smack DAB’s Lakeside Patio

Dona Sturmanis · May 26, 2015 ·

Smack DAB welcomes summer with the largest outdoor patio in Kelowna and the most delectable menu ever. Enjoy the spectacular view of Okanagan Lake while sampling from Smack DAB’s summer menu, which features some delicious new items as well as classic favourites.
Some of those new items on the summer menu, appearing May 7th, include Salt Spring Island Mussels, Fish & Chips (breaded in house with house-made fries) and Spicy Korean Beef Tacos. There’s also Angry Chicken, which is a Thai-spiced and slow-roasted half chicken with puffed Thai noodle salad and peanut dipping sauce.
Favourites staying on the new Smack DAB menu include Crispy Beef & Prawn Salad, Smack DAB Crazy Fries, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and, of course, pizza!
Smack DAB’s food is so scrumptious because Executive Chef Brad Horen and his team make absolutely everything on the menu from scratch. Fries come from real potatoes, not from a bag; all desserts and sauces are made in-house as is the pizza dough, both regular and gluten-free. Local products are used whenever possible.
Celebrate summer at Smack DAB with 12 amazing craft beers on tap, handpicked selections from the Pacific Northwest, some of which you will not see anywhere else in Kelowna. Two craft beer guest taps change regularly, and this summer, Smack DAB will have a rotating cider tap featuring ciders from all over BC. The new summer wine list and cocktail list will roll out in June.
Beautifully located on the shores of Okanagan Lake, Smack DAB is located at Manteo Resort, which is full of guest-friendly amenities ranging from conference facilities to a private beach.
