Mt. Boucherie Winery Welcomes All

Deanna Rainey · August 31, 2015 ·

Summer’s ending, fall’s on its way and it’s an ideal time to have a unique outdoor visit at an Okanagan winery. Mt. Boucherie in West Kelowna is a great place to bring family and friends to experience the scenic autumn atmosphere with a glass of one of their award-winning wines.

Bring a snack, your pet, a board game and a picnic mat. Head into the Mt. Boucherie wine shop for a tasting ($3 refundable with the purchase of a bottle of wine) to figure out your favourite. Ask for a glass of it, then head outside and enjoy a relaxing visit overlooking Lake Okanagan for as short or as long as you like.

September and October, Mt. Boucherie is open seven days a week 10 am—6 pm. There will also be several weekend events, including pop, jazz and blues with Becca T., and yoga in the vineyard.

You may be pleased to know that some Mt. Boucherie wines are available in 100% recyclable boxes. Ideal for sharing with guests for the holidays or any group occasion, you can pour wine from them by the glass. The wine in these boxes will stay fresh for up to six weeks, if they last that long. They are available with bright, refreshing Chardonnay, smooth, aromatic Merlot, and peppery, berry-tinged Syrah.

Stay connected with Mt. Boucherie on Facebook, Twitter, or on the website events page to receive up-to-date information on upcoming events: mtboucheriewinery.com
