We had such fun shooting this issue and had a great team organized. HUGE thanks to photographer Victor Poirier, a super talent that was so gracious to share his time and talent to create this. Thanks also to his lovely wife/photo assistant Henrietta, who also writes for Food & Wine Trails Magazine. The location was in the beautiful barrel room at Church & State Winery in Oliver; it was John Pullen and I who planned this unique feature cover with his friends Neil and Nadine Barrett on board as models. Tattoo artist, Jeff White from Kettle Valley Tattoo in Penticton mocked up the tattoos and Hannah Schell from Hannah Schell Makeup was on site for styling. THANK YOU to all of you for your time and creativity.
