The Cove Lakeside Resort… Live the Suite Life!

Deanna Rainey · May 10, 2017 ·

Nestled on the shores of Okanagan Lake in West Kelowna, The Cove is framed by nearby mountains and beautiful gardens throughout. Since it opened its doors on May 5th 2007, it has become a favorite for vacationers and local getaways, as evidenced by the people who return year after year to spend time with old and new found friends!
One, two and three bedroom suites are elegantly appointed with a five-piece kitchen and expansive terrace or balcony. Contemporary styling and top-notch amenities help ensure your stay is a great one.
Spend time on their spectacular beach, take a dip in the pool or hit the tennis courts. There is also a private marina with rentals and a public dock for boaters and diners. You’ll find a fitness centre, putting green, fire pits and barbecue grills, all available for your personal use. Indulge yourself in a full set of treatments available at their on-site day spa. The resort is even pet-friendly!
The Bonfire Restaurant, under the leadership of chef Brian Fowke, offers sumptuous farm-to-table meals. They have an organic culinary garden with seasonal produce…at one point in the summer, there are 60 types of tomatoes to choose from! Chef Fowke, who spent many years at Joe Fortes Restaurant in Vancouver, works closely with local farmers to guarantee fresh and original meals.
The Cove’s Leasa Kennedy says they’ve got a lot to celebrate and plans are being finalized for several great anniversary specials. They’ll be announcing ten remarkable experiences throughout the year. Stay tuned at their website, covelakeside.com for details and upcoming events.
