A Meyer Kind of Mayhem in OK Falls

Amber-Rae Bouchard · July 1, 2021 ·

Planning your visit? All tastings are by appointment—book your experience at mayhemwines.com/tasting-reservations/ or call the winery at 1-844-629-4361 for more details.

What is life without good wine, a little mayhem, and a dose of sibling rivalry—ahem, revelry—every now and then? No one knows better than Terry Meyer Stone, her husband Andrew Stone, her brother JAK Meyer and his wife Janice Stevens. Together, they have launchd their new label, Mayhem Wines, onto the market, although no one can decide who should take credit. Focusing on aromatic whites and a flagship Merlot from Anarchist Mountain Vineyard in Osoyoos, Terry and the team are excited to welcome another promising vintage in the Okanagan.

Winemaker Ajay Chavan is set on producing crisp, clean food-pairing wines sourced from estate vineyards located in Okanagan Falls and Osoyoos along with key partners around the Okanagan. Keeping an eye on innovation, Mayhem Wines is proud to offer exciting new alternatives such as their Pinot Gris and their Merlot-based rosé—packaged in cans! Both of these deliciously crisp and refreshing wines can be bought in 12-packs and offer a more portable and sustainable alternative to glass.

As local wineries continue to elevate their tasting experiences, there has never been a better time to explore our Okanagan backyard. This summer, Mayhem Wines is offering daily outdoor curated tastings coupled with locally crafted food pairings, and a special one-hour experience at 2 pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. While the Meyer Stone family builds a brand-new tasting room, you can visit and experience new releases and all the family favourites at the Meyer Family Vineyards, located at 4287 McLean Creek Road in Okanagan Falls.
