Savour New Releases

Winemaker Michael Ferreira’s true to the fruit releases include:

Cabernet Franc: Blackberry and black cherry notes. Chestnut, chocolate, light cedar and sweet vanilla flavours. Hard candy long finish. Perfect on its own or with soft cheeses and cured meats.

Malbec: Smooth dark cherry and blackberry notes. Layers of sweet vanilla and spicy oak flavours. Raspberry and smooth tannins on the long finish. Drink on its own or with soft cheeses and cured meats.

Syrah: Intense black peppercorn, aromas of violets, blackberry fruit, raspberry jam, and black cherry. Spicy and toasty notes of chocolate, vanilla, coffee and hazelnut. Soft, well-rounded tannins. Drink now with grilled meats and it’ll only improve with age.

Viognier: Intense aromas of white peach, tropical fruit and spices. Hints of coconut and vanilla, and buttery/spicy finish. Cheeses, poultry, or seafood pair well.

Chardonnay: Soft apple notes with ripe melon, pear and peach flavours. Vanilla, caramel, coconut and hazelnut tones. Enjoy with seafood, cheeses or on its own now and over the next two years.
